I had a good exchange with the salesman that sold me my vehicle. My overall visit and choice in a vehicle was okay. The dealership was, to my knowledge at the time, being honest with me and helpful.
The 1 star rating comes from the fact that this dealership sold me a 4-wheel drive vehicle with two 255 tires and two 265 tires. Due to the size different in the tires, this caused the 255 tires to wear out much faster and has also caused who knows what damage to the drivetrain when we have used the 4WD capabilities.

Worse experience ever. Way overpaid for all the extra coverages to only get stuck getting it serviced. A visit that was quoted to take 2 hours was over 6 hrs. Such disrespect for peoples time. Nothing but a joke at this place!

I had to contact Don Hattan twice on Saturday to escalate a matter at another store, but I was told by Benard on 2 occasions that someone would contact me, but they never did. In a wreck, needed a new truck. Located Ram at Don Hattan West dealership. Drove to dealership, met by Ray, and we test drove the truck. Decided to buy the Ram and closed the deal 3 days later. Have to say the experience was very seamless from start to finish. Ray was super friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff at the west store were very friendly and helpful. This is such a horrible place. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. They told me my sway bars and some else needed to be replaced as well as new tires and they would do a balance as well. With the tires and work that was done was around 2200.00. After getting my truck back, the ac sounds like you are in an air plane. Purchased a used 2020 Malibu 11 months ago. The next morning after owning the car, it would not unlock the doors or start with the fob. Isaac Packard took the extra time to help me find the car I was looking for and even brought it closer from another location for me to check it out. Tyler Hutto handled our service problem as the consummate professional. Another dealer in town had put us off for 6 weeks but Tyler got us in and completed in 5 days and that included a weekend. As a customer for 60 years I took my older auto to locate and fix a leak. They thought it was taken care of. They missed the source and when returned the service advisor David Simmons as well the manager stated that there ethics and customer service were important and requested I Leave the auto and they would find and fix the leak at no cost. They have been very good about working with my scheduled and given me rides along with picking up my car for service. The employees are always considered and polite.
